The only complaint overall with Hyatt hotels in PR is the AC system. Tends to create a mold smell in room. You will mostly notice on arrival after being out of room for about 3 or more hours. The scary part is that you get used to it but its still there. Hyatt House San Juan overall was a great experience and staff also.

This was an ok hotel. Very friendly staff with good amenities, however, the beds caved in. The rooms smelled like chlorine but were spacious. Breakfast tasted good, but food was lukewarm. They do offer a shuttle that goes around some popular areas.

Estadia de 2 noches en familia. Cama cómoda pero el sofacama el mattres muy incomodo. La temperatura del cuarto era demasiado fría y por mas que se busco ajustar con el controlador de aire acondicionado en la noche era demasiado frío. El desayuno complementario gratis muy bueno pero necesitan mas personal para cuando hay mas cantidad de husped. En general la experiencia fue buena.
