Centrally located and self check in which I liked! The only thing is the rooms could be cleaner. There was hair all over the floor and shower that I ended up buying cleaning supplies to clean myself. Other than that, I liked the apartment, it felt like my own home away from home!

The property itself is a bit outdated. The studio is tiny. There were no utensils or plates. The advantage of the property is amazing area Condado at a walkable distance. The staff is friendly and respond quickly. In general a good stay, but would like something more spacious. Happy holidays!

The room was not nearly as good as the description and pictures on Expedia. The room was old and crowded, the bathroom lock was loose, and there were ants and dead mosquitoes in the coffee machine. I tried to contact the manager more than three times, but failed to receive a call from them. The staff was not transferring my feedback to the manager.

The accommodations could've been cleaner. I didn't particularly like the signs that said don't throw toilet paper into the toilet because the sewage pipes are "sensitive". Everything else was good.

Everything was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was perfectly comfortable and clean. The place had everything what you need and more. They are step behind. Their amenities and facilities have more than enough. High quality Kitchen equipment, free laundry machine and 24hrs pool. And the location is the best one.

I’m not usually someone who leaves reviews—especially not negative ones—but I do think it’s helpful for future guests to know what to expect. The management was very accommodating when our air conditioning wasn’t working properly on the first night, and we appreciated their responsiveness. We stayed for eight nights, and during that time we never received fresh towels, even after reaching out to management about it. We also had a day where we were asked to leave the apartment for a period of time so the unit could be sprayed for bugs, which felt a bit unusual during an active stay. We had read that the property could be a little noisy because of the street, which we didn’t mind, but one night there was what sounded like a club-level party happening below us. The music was extremely loud, and we weren’t able to sleep until very late despite having pillows over our heads. Cleanliness overall seemed decent, but we did find some items left behind on top of the cabinets that made us question how thorough the cleaning process is. The shower water also never got warm—only cold—which may have been specific to our unit but was definitely uncomfortable. We also struggled with the Wi-Fi throughout our entire stay. Nothing would load on our phones, and the TV would cut out every 5–10 minutes before taking a long time to reconnect. I really wanted to love this place, and there were aspects that showed promise, but overall I can’t say it was the best fit for us.
