The hotel description was NOT as advertised.. there is no spa, restaurant, or valet parking. Breakfast was served in the lovby at same desk as the advertised “bar”. We reserved the Presidential suite- what we got was 2 rooms that had the separated door opened. No kitchen - only 2 small microwaves & refrigerators. Rooms slept 6 but seating was for 4. Beach was a 20 minute walk. Pictures advertised of the hotel are not accurate/very outdated including the front of the hotel. Staff were extremely friendly. Morning breakfast was very good.

Property not up to snuff. Free standing clothes cupboard can tip over. Safe in that cupboard not bolted down, bedsheet stained, bed in ackward position against wall. Window shade broken. No drink cup. Door in corridor slams shut, very disturbing. Staff doing their best with what they got

The staff and hotel were amazing. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. The room was spacious and had all that we needed. It was secure as well. I hope to be back soon and highly recommend this hotel for all future travelers!

We really enjoyed our stay at ola boutique hotel! Pretty close to almost everything weather your burring or you have a rental car! Staff is very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good. There’s lots within walking distance as well, a grocery store is across the street. Would definitely stay again!

The property is very nice. Management was very nice, I think there is a lack of communication management to staff. They have to stay on top of making sure the rooms get clean daily instead of vacationers having to go downstairs and request towels and to ask if the room can be tidied up a little that needs to be improved very soon

Had a great time. The room had fresh towels when we needed them. Room itself was clean and comfortable. We stayed in the Presidential suite. Staff was helpful and particularly Marcos gave excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to make our breakfast the way we wanted when we brought in mallarco bread made with there own fresh eggs and ham! Would definitely stay here again, since so close to everything.
