This welcoming house offers a serene and brilliant atmosphere for guests. With two separate king-bed bedrooms, one queen-bed bedroom, two bunk-bed bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the family room, sleeping up to 12 guests. Each bedroom has its own Smart TV! There are two full bathrooms on the second level and a powder room on the main floor. There's plenty of space for everyone to relax and recharge.

The property features amenities like a washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, heating, a hair dryer, an iron, and basic cleaning supplies. Towels, bedding, shampoo, conditioner, and soaps are provided. The kitchen is ready with pots, pans, cooking knives, complete cutlery/plates/bowls/glasses for up to 12 place settings, and all other basics for cooking your favourite homemade meals (like salt, pepper, oil, spices).

The main level boasts a chic living room with a desk and chair for anyone looking for a space to work from home. There is a bright and clean eat-in kitchen with lots of natural light. The dining room is chic and elegant to have your friends over for a dinner party. The family room features a comfy extra-large sofa and a big screen TV for movie night, and this room easily converts into a closed-door bedroom with a queen-sized bed.

There is a large, fully fenced backyard for kids, pets, and the whole family to play and unwind in, and let's not forget the double-car garage!

We stayed here for five nights and would stay here again. This trip was to attend my mother’s funeral, and over the course of the last month or so, we have stayed in three different locations due to her illness. This property was by far the best of them. The amenities were extensive, which made our stay during a difficult time easier. The home is spacious, well-equipped, with lovely dĂ©cor, and quite comfortable. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs, and it has a lovely patio with comfortable furniture. The home is located in a nice neighborhood with easy access to I-4 and 417, and it is close to shops and restaurants. Thank you, Dylan, for providing an exceptional experience and a well-cared-for home.

Family Gathering for Graduation

We traveled from Virginia to attend a graduation ceremony for a family member. Dylan was great to communicate with us and was reasonable with only a few rules. We were able to relax, enjoy family time and celebrate. The house was very nice, clean, and as described. There were lots of little extras in the pantry and fridge for our use. A truly wonderful stay! My family and I were in town for my sister’s wedding and this home made our stay spectacular. An absolutely beautiful home, well put together, well kept and probably the nicest home I’ve stayed in previously as a rental. I truly have no complaints. The owner was always available to answer any questions if they were to arise and made sure to check in on us at the beginning of our stay and at the end of our stay to make sure our needs were met. My family and I had a fantastic stay at this rental house near Orlando! The property was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. Baseball Tournament

This was the perfect location for us. If you are in the Sanford area specifically for a baseball tournament at Boombah Sports Complex this is the place to stay.Home was extremely clean, and very inviting as soon as you walk in the door. Home away from home

The home was perfect for our group of 10 people. Our main concern was everyone having their own personal space. The house has a large kitchen, breakfast area, 2 living rooms, and a dinning room. We didn't even use the dining room, so ample space all around. The house not only looks clean but feels clean. Loved the details and small touches of the host. House felt like a home and beautifully decorated. All furniture were clean, in perfect order, and felt quite comfortable.
