La Cumbre Plaza shopping center and Santa Barbara Botanic Garden are also nearby. Walk to local Summerland restaurants and cafes right from the property.



Getting Around:

The property is located just off Highway 101 in Summerland. Downtown Santa Barbara is 4 minutes by car. Montecito is 2 minutes away. Santa Barbara Airport is approximately a 15-minute drive. Amtrak rail service is nearby with a Carpinteria station about 10 minutes south. Los Angeles is roughly 90 minutes south via Highway 101.
