Great hotel for families in Santa Barbara

Thanks you for a lovely few days stay. Friendly & helpful service, clean rooms, small but nice pool and great location. The free bike hire was a great way to explore Santa Barbara. Highly recommend

Maybe I missed reading it somewhere, but our room was not serviced during our stay. I’m all for conserving water and not getting fresh linens every day, but I thought that at least our beds would be made and trash taken out. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. The “deluxe” breakfast was your basic continental breakfast, cereal, yogurt, pastries, and cantaloupe. My impression from the advertising was that it would be more upscale. Overall, it was fine, shared spaces were clean, our room was neat and clean when we arrived, staff was polite and helpful. I also didn’t realize that room doors led to the outside. There are no interior hallways for rooms. The room I had was on the interior courtyard, but several rooms open up to the parking lot.

We appreciated the kitchenette, comfortable bed, laundry facility, hot tub, parking close to the room, and included continental breakfast. Staff were very nice and helpful.

The free breakfast is surprisingly very good, but the breakfast area can get cramped at rush breakfast hour. The rooms have a 1980 feeling, the bathroom and shower were fine. The bed and the pillows were too soft.

We had a nice stay. The property is well manicured, the staff friendly and snacks provided adequate. The only complaint would be the outdated room. It could use a little renovating. We were able to walk to harbor and downtown. Grabbing an uber was super easy too
