As a Hilton branded hotel, in which I paid $300/night, I expected a much higher level of detail and quality than what I saw. Rooms are clean, but by no means immaculate. Furniture is worn out, walls are scuffed, carpets are stained, sinks drain slowly. Restaurant food was good.

Everything was amazing except the hours and days of operation for the game area, Area 9. It needs to be available every day that way guests don’t have to take their kids to Albuquerque to do something kid oriented.

We are seniors and he set us up with a room way on other side of property. Chair in room was damaged and a small piece of wall paper in bathroom peeling. The restaurants in the hotel were not good at all. No complimentary coffee, why should i have to pay 5 bucks when i pay good money to the hiltons. Also, i had to call for room cleaning, nope never using a hilton again.

This is one of my favorite hotel stays of all time top-notch customer service. Everything was clean. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We absolutely loved our balcony and enjoyed looking out at the sky at night. I highly recommend this hotel.
