We did not request a handicapped accessible room, but were assigned one anyway. There was a big plastic shower chair in the middle of the bathroom that prevented easy access to the toilet or sink. Also, the room overlooked the gate of the fence surrounding the pool/jacuzzi area. There were very bright lights above the gate that were kept illuminated all night. The wood blinds in our room were not able to block out the bright lights, which made the room very light throughout the night. We would suggest putting black-out curtains in the room, #118. If the hotel plans on saddling a guest with a handicapped accessible room they didn’t request, they should say so up front and perhaps adjust the room fee accordingly and, at least give the guest the opportunity to book a room at a different hotel.

Very Clean and Great Location!

This was a great hotel! We stayed for the Santa Fe Half Marathon at the Railyard and it was such a great location! There is complimentary yoga on weekends and the staff is very accommodating. The room was very clean. A+
