Welcome to Deboem Vineyard, serenely situated on 20 private acres in the heart of Santa Ynez wine country. Lush oak hillsides, boutique vineyards and olive trees greet you as you enter the estate and are transported to another time and place. Life immediately begins to slow down as you relax into an intimate weekend with friends, or immerse into a private vacation with family.

Deboem Vineyard offers a light and bright 3,000 sq ft of living space with an open concept and floor to ceiling picture windows perfectly framing the enchanting and rolling Santa Ynez hills.

A welcoming large brick patio made for relaxing after a day exploring the local towns, or hiking the many trails surrounds this amazing estate. Dine al fresco on our custom-built farm table with seating for 10 guests. The ultimate relaxation after a long day out and about!

The large breakfast bar opens to the dining area and great room with a vaulted wood beamed ceiling, cozy fireplace, large TV, plush and ample seating and creates the perfect space to relax and entertain. Newly remodeled and tastefully furnished, this modern ranch style estate accommodates 10 guests, offering 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

The grand primary suite with private entrance on the right wing of the residence presents a soaring wood beamed ceiling, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the vineyard, and the charming fireplace adds a romantic ambiance. Large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom complete this luxurious suite.

End your day with a farm to table wine pairing dinner with our private chef and watch the sunset from the perfect fire pit with a view! The evening fog and welcoming breezes give this residence a true sense of wonder and a quiet, calm and beautiful scene that perfectly embodies the charm of a Tuscan countryside.

We had a wonderful stay at the house! Ideal location for wine tasting adventures, and visiting all the local towns of Los Olivos, Solvang and Buellton for tastings, shopping and great restaurants. The house was ideally suited for a crowd and we had young children who could play outside and sit by the fire pit in the evening! There are so many activities the area has to offer, we can't wait to return!

We stayed Friday through Sunday. The property manager made everything clear & easy. The Welcome Guide was also detailed & useful. This is a stunning property with picturesque views! Great Family Retreat

We booked our stay less than a week out for a family funeral. My wife and I along with our children and grandchildren stayed at the Vineyard home. It is a beautiful location, the home is spacious and comfortable and in immaculate condition. The host communicated promptly and was responsive to our questions. We'd definitely come back!

Incredible weekend getaway

Property appears to be newly renovated with amazing amenities and appliances. It was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends and family. Ample space, accurate photos, and very clean and organized. The host was very accommodating and made sure that everything was ready for our arrival. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect for a large group including for infants and children to enjoy. We will be back!

Perfect stay

The views from this location are hard to beat. Each morning, we had a symphony of color as the sun came up over the mountains to the east. The house has plenty of room for people to spread out. There is plenty of firewood on property to have great fires in the fireplace every night. Los Olivos is one of my favorite little corners of the world, and this is a great place to stay to experience what the area has to offer.

We had a family reunion and adults and teens all loved the property and amenities. It was spotless, and the how to videos made using everything very easy! We originally thought we were going to eat in town on one of our weekend nights, but ended up taking advantage of the local gourmet shops, the delicious wine and the Traeger grill to eat outdoors and relax around the fire pit. Everyone wants to go back!

Beautiful

We rented this property to celebrate mom's 80th birthday as she wanted to go to Solvang. Weather was not in our favor that weekend but we were able to stay in this home, light a fire, play games, drink wine and relax. It was perfect. The views of the mountains are beautiful. We were able to see them with a dusting of snow! The location of the home is perfect. Easy drive to all the local favorite spots.
