Plus, we're pet-friendly (up to 50 lbs, maximum 2 dogs, with additional fees). The home is conveniently located right across the street from the public beach access, making it easy to enjoy the sand and surf. Whether you're relaxing at the house or exploring the beach, Latitude Adjustment promises a memorable and luxurious escape for the whole family.

All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed.

Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.

Extended family group stayed for the week between Xmas and New Years. Our group easily fit in the house and had areas of privacy. Across the street from the beach with great views. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

I really loved the house and the area. We were on the beach but we could walk to restaurants and stores. The kids loved the private pool, the house was very nice and accommodated all of us.

The best beach house

Everything was exactly as pictured. Had a great time lots of beds and all the bedrooms had a lot of room. First floor master looks over the pool with a deck. The front looks out over the street so you can watch the golf carts and cars go by with an ocean view. It was the best day ever and we’re going to try and book it again for next year.

Acommodations were perfect for our families. Excellent location. Across the street to the beach was a plus. Kids of all ages enjoyed the pool & the beach. Would recommend.

Family Thanksgiving

We had a great time staying at this rental property. It was a struggle to figure out the linens when we arrived (they’re all in bags, no labels for size) but once we did it was smooth sailing. Steps from the beach and a short drive to Murrells Inlet for the holiday festivities. Would definitely consider renting this property again.

Good size house, pool was fun albeit small. Bathroom situation was awesome, almost everyone had their own private one. Houses were close to neighboring properties so that was a little annoying but had no issues with them.

Upon arrival we found dead cockroach at the bottom of the stairs going to the second floor. The floors were dirty, they felt they were not sweep or moped in a while. There was several dirty dishes. The kitchen lacked necessities like Tupperware and pots and pans. Overall the house was beautiful and an a great location, I would visit again if more care was put into the sanitation.

Latitude Adjustment

The location was fantastic, but the house felt a bit outdated. The TVs were disappointingly small; in the master bedroom with an ocean view, the TV was hard to see even for someone with great vision in their 20s. We had a minor issue with the washer and dryer, but it was resolved. Additionally, whenever the main level master bathroom toilet was flushed, it echoed throughout the house. We also encountered problems with the kitchen outlets, as plugging something in would frequently trip the breaker, requiring us to reset it repeatedly.

Beautiful home, comfortable and relaxing, so close to the beach,

This house was better than the pictures made it look. Open concept, 3 floors with lots of room which was awesome since we were a party of 8 adults and 9 kids and we were never on top of one another. It’s closer to the beach than we thought too, only 1 minute walk to the beach!!! They also gave us a credit to beach rentals that we used and it was awesome. I would just caution people to read the fine print. We were disappointed that we ordered the linen package, which I felt shouldn’t be an extra cost. Only to find it packed into large sacks and left just inside the door. We had to make all the beds. They only left us one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 garbage bag, very little dish soap and no cleaning products. We have rented many houses and have never had this happen. For the amount you pay to stay, for us we stayed a week, we were disappointed that these things were so limited.

Guys golf trip

We visited the week of 10/10/23 it was 10 guys all in their 40s visiting the Myrtle Beach area for a golf trip. The house is very spacious and in an excellent/quiet location just steps away from the beach with beautiful views from the front balconies. We did not utilize the pool as heating it is not an option but it was a nice area with a decent amount of seating around the pool. Check-in was an absolute breeze, and our linens arrived right around the same time. I would absolutely recommend this property to my friends and family but there are some items that need to be addressed. We contacted the realty company about little to no water pressure in 2 bathrooms, and the outdoor shower not working. We were told someone would come address it, but it was never fixed. They did come fix The internet and a broken chair. The pool maintenance guy was by on Saturday and said he would also put in a request, it was still never fixed. This put us in a bind as we were all up early each day for golf and limited showers. We made it work. The house for the most part was clean, there were a fair amount of cob webs throughout, not a big deal to a group of guys but may be for a family. The biggest issue was in the 3rd floor closet where the furnace is there was a lot of black mold all over the pipes and wall. We did not realize this until we were doing our final walkthrough to ensure nothing was left behind. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the property.
