The home was great

My family stayed for a week while my new home was getting ready for closing and the home was great for what we needed. Mark was very responsive and checked in a lot to make sure we had what we needed. Hurricane Ian came through while we stayed and, although we lost power like everyone else did, Mark kept in contact with the electric company and us to keep us informed.

Our family’s stay was exceptional.

Our family’s stay was exceptional. The house was very comfortable for our weekend trip. The house is off the main road but close enough to get to attractions, plenty of restaurants, the mall, and highways. The rooms are well sized; my 6yo especially enjoyed the bunk beds and the welcome snacks. My only comment would be toward the initial arrival and the scent of dog but I’m highly sensitive. It didn’t seem to bother my husband and in-laws. We’d definitely return to the house for another stay ;) Tina & Mevon were very communicative with us and our needs throughout the stay.

This house is EXCELLENT!

This house is EXCELLENT! It looks good in the photos, but it's even better in person. The house was immaculate, perfectly clean, in great condition, well cared for, so many new appliances, and high quality AC and water systems. It was a great fit for our family gathering of 8. We could all fit around the table and we had room to relax in the living room too. The bedrooms had plenty of space and the beds were comfy. There were plenty of clean pillows, towels, washcloths, and the host even left new toothbrushes & toothpaste for us. The fenced in backyard was clean, simple, and private; an open space for kids to run and play ball and we setup lawn games. The communication was excellent as well. Emperor knows how to take care of their houses and their guests! Thanks so much! We'll see you next time.
