Staff great....room just OK

Pros: It was close to the venue we were going to attend on Saturday
Cons: Better soundproofing of the rooms. And when you have large trade groups in attendance provide better monitoring of your hallways and noise levels from
Staff was very accomodating. Even upgraded us to a suite - Room 201. However, the amount of road noise that came through the walls and windows was really bad. First night drunks from the room next door were banging on our door at 1 am. Second night a large group of men from one of the vendors at the Tampa RV show decide to have a party outside on their patio at 2 am. Loud laughing and carrying on. Looked out the window and some of the group were urinating at the edge of the property. Called the front desk and complained and in about 15 minutes the party ended.

Hotel cancelled my room

Upon arrival at hotel the front desk staff couldn’t get my card authorized. So I was informed that I couldn’t stay. I left hotel went across the street and used same card and got a room. Do to my experience I will not ever stay at this hotel chain again nor will I recommend it.
