Great hotel. Quiet, convenient. Love the fridge and microwave in the room. Beds are comfortable, AC works great. Rooms may need some updates, but they are clean. The staff, super nice and reliable. I will definitely stay there again.

First of all, it’s ridiculous. The charge of patron of the hotel for parking in the parking lot. Absolutely ridiculous. There was a condom wrapper stuffed in the table between the beds. I understand how it could’ve easily been missed, but there was a condom rapper on the table between the beds. Probably will not stay there again.

VIP & BLEW ALL OF THE WHISTLE'S FOR GUEST

Our room was absolutely clean, beautiful, smell, good, plain shades, floors, bathrooms, everything was fabulous. My extra pillows and towels were put in place as I asked before I arrived. The staff was so kind, each and every time I called. The one staff member that stuck out in my mind was anna anna is, and as said to hilton, she went over and beyond to see about me and my boyfriend and made sure that it was everything that I wanted, because it was our 1st year anniversary and first time coming to Ybor... Anna was so kind to us and the atmosphere she has there at that hill to miss, absolutely beautiful. I watched her as she worked and checking me in and handling other people.And she was just phenomenal. I don't know if you award.Your employees unnoticed them.But she does need a raise or some sort of incentive.Yeah, because she is asked some for your company.

When you book, the parking fee is not included. It's a substantial amount every day. I can't post it here but call them and ask how much it is. Be sure to take that into consideration when comparing to other hotels.
