I would have rated it a little higher if the pool area was kept a little nicer. No towels, needs new loungers, etc so couldn't write it five star. staff was excellent except for restaurant stuff which forgot items was not in the area when I needed things. I would definitely stay there again.

Stephen and Paul resolved our stay. We did not get the room we booked the first night we had a double bed with no balcony. The next day we did end up with a balcony but still had a double bed. The sheets were dirty in the bed. But the staff was nice. Get there early for breakfast.

My room was giving away, king suite with balcony and was put in a very small room and charge me for the price of the king suite and the price of the small room, so i was charged double and not accommodating for the inconvenience.
