Id like to send pictures- so that you may better understand. When I complained to the hotel staff, they said because I booked with Travelocity, they couldn’t do anything about it. There was bathroom was in desperate need of refurbishing. There was grime & dirt in the bathtub. There were quick fix tile re- facing that was very noticeable. The sheets did not fit our king- sized bed and kept coming off - when I asked housekeeping for king died sheets, she said the hotel had ordered new mattresses, but the new sheets were coming next week!

I liked the fact that my king room was large with a nice view of the Riverwalk. The hotel very much needs to be updated!!! Our tub did not look clean and was very old, including the fixtures!!! The staff was very nice and the food in the restaurant was very good!
