Id like to send pictures- so that you may better understand. When I complained to the hotel staff, they said because I booked with Travelocity, they couldn’t do anything about it. There was bathroom was in desperate need of refurbishing. There was grime & dirt in the bathtub. There were quick fix tile re- facing that was very noticeable. The sheets did not fit our king- sized bed and kept coming off - when I asked housekeeping for king died sheets, she said the hotel had ordered new mattresses, but the new sheets were coming next week!

We only booked for one evening to attend a concert here in the Tampa area. We did stop in at the reception desk around noon and were told that due to selling out the night before, that they unfortunately could not offer early check in but that the rooms would be available at 4pm which was the listed check in time. We found something to do for the four hours in the meantime. When arriving back to the hotel at 4:20, I attempted to check in and was told that rooms were still not ready due to them not being cleaned and turned over from the night prior. After 10 minutes of being offered free drink vouchers that I was not interested in, I asked to see a manager. And miraculously our room was ready once a manager was involved. The quality of the room when we arrived was also poor. Very unclean, spiders and webs in the windows when we drew the blinds back to see the river and I am grateful we do not have to use the shower. Luckily we were just sleeping here for the evening and will be driving home ASAP.

The balcony was very dirty and offered no view, it was literally enclosed inside a brick wall. The carpet was soaking wet. The sink had no counter space to do makeup or hair. The room overall was very subpar. Will not stay again.

Staff were very nice. The rooms were quite run down and our room didn’t have hot water. Had a hard time getting the cleaning lady to come and do housekeeping mostly looking for towels that we had to call daily and wait til a staff could bring us some to shower. On our third night there I broke down I couldn’t find an up side and I spoke to the manager he was very understanding and was nice enough to move us to another room for our last couple days which we were very grateful for. This room had hot water and the cleaning lady made sure to supply our room with towels daily and even addressed small issues that were wrong with that room as well. (Lock in door keep sticking) much better experience towards the end. Not sure that we would return hotel needs a lot of updates and a good scrub. Again the staff for the most part, we’re all amazing and very nice and I think with a little bit of TLC this hotel could be amazing. Because the view and the location are awesome.

3 times somone walk into our room to exterminate and they just open the door we notify the front desk and they say they will give us a refund and still haven’t see it not very important to them the safety of the guess they show us as a check out literally one hour after we check in .
