This was not an "exceptional" home. We've rented dozens of VRBO properties and this home was lacking some common amenities. There was no TV in the main bedroom. Most of the furniture was cheap and broken. I appreciated the heated pool and the host was attentive.

The house was absolutely perfect! It was exactly as described! Spacious, clean and comfortable! Beatriz, the owner was amazing! She checked on us several times and made us feel very welcome! This home was perfect to stay in. It was quiet & clean. It was a great mix of home away from home and vacation luxury. We loved the pool. Days later and my family and I are still talking about our stay. My only suggestion would be additional TVs. There was only one TV.

Over all a great stay!

I spent 3 nights here with my fiancée and two boys ages 6 & 9. The house is beautiful and had PLENTY of space for us, so much space my parents were able to join us for our last night. The only issue we had was that the master bathroom garden tub was not working properly so we were unable to use it. The pool was an amazing thing to have with the kids. I wish there was a grill in the backyard. We enjoyed being able to view some of the wildlife in the backyard. We will always keep this location in mind for our next trip to Florida.

Beautiful, quiet PARADISE!

The neighborhood, house, and pool were wonderful! PROS: House size, pool, pack and play, cleanliness, washer/dryer, lots of linens. CONS were minor: no kitchen table (breakfast stools too high for counter), living room furniture could use an update, neither tub had working stoppers (hard to give kids baths), only one television. We had a great stay and would be thrilled to rent again in the future!

Amazing home

This home os like a dream come true, myself my husband and our adult granddaughter stayed her while in Tampa. this house has everything you could possibly want and more! So very clean, comfortable with all the kitchen needs and more. And the crowning glory, a wonderful backyard and heated pool! My granddaughter and I took full advantage of the pool while my husband enjoyed the screened in patio to kick back and read. The host even touched base with us to see if we needed anything after our first night there. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Tampa!

Big, bright family prop w heated pool

Great stay for our fam of four plus mom. The location was good for us with other family nearby, but still central for Busch Gardens/drive to beach/etc. Beds nice & comfy, pool comfortable, kitchen had all we needed. Wish there was TV in master but all consistent as described. Thanks!

Amazing

The house is beautiful and spacious. Every room in the house was really clean. The beds were decorated with swans made out of towels. The outdoor swimming pool is beautiful. You really feel like you’re in vacation. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Wow

This place was beautiful, comfortable, and rock solid! We were actually there through the hurricane Helene last week. I’m sure we had 70 mile an hour winds, but the house had no problem. The pool is beautiful and perfect temperature. Every bedroom in the house is amazing. Really enjoyed the kitchen and also sitting on the back porch having our meals. The neighborhood is wonderful my wife and I walked around several blocks each night The host was very cordial. And very responsive We would definitely stay there again! .

We have used this property twice now, I have family in Tampa and we rent this property due to its central location. The house is perfect for our stays - comfortable, very clean and convenient. It is very spacious and has everything we need. The host is great, makes sure our stay perfect!

Beautiful Home

This home is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay . The pool was nice and relaxing & nice neighborhood . A couple of issues we had and I did notice these same issues was put in a review from Feb of last year so they need to be addressed . The water pressure is not good in both bathrooms, also the garden tub in master we could not use due to the water pressure was so low the hot water barely comes out , the handle seems to be broken .

Comfortable and clean!
