Very nice and friendly hotel that is to me one of the best choices for a hotel I could have made. Great location, very good beds to sleep on after an exhausting day of walking and enjoying Tokyo 😁. Lastly, their buffet restaurant was a good option in case you just wanted a great bite to eat but just a word of caution that there is basically no variation per dinner, per night, as far as we could tell. But given the great quality of the food, it wasn't a deal breaker for us.
