The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to check-in 3hrs early (for a small fee) and helping us with check-in despite the language barrier. The room was compact but very clean and quiet. An outstanding feature of the hotel is the amazing array of complimentary toiletries and pjs. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Very good service, they clean your room every day and offer free pajamas/face masks/cleansing oil and more. The location is amazing close to many metro stations. Room is small but it is the standard for Tokyo and has everything you need.
