We stayed at this Vrbo as a friend group. It is a new construction which is currently listed for sale. The steps to the front door were icy and not cleared of snow. The rental has a lot of stairs and I would not recommend it to anyone with mobility issues or with young children. It had the barebones necessities such as plates and silverware, however dishwasher soap was not provided and there were no coffee pods, although a keurig machine was provided. There was no tea kettle or even basics such a salt in the salt shaker. No towel provided in the half bathroom. Although cleanliness was acceptable overall, carpeting in the bedrooms was dirty. The place is ok overall but not a place we would want to return to.
