Worst experience ever! Do not stay here. Staff purposely hold out on running the charges until you check out and then demand cash. They want you to be late for your flight so you will feel pressured to pay cash. Amenities were non existent and drinks were over priced and watered down. Terrible experience!!!

Stay away from this hotel. They charged another room bill to my credit card and haven’t returned the money yet. I have contacted them several times, the management doesn’t care. I booked airport pickup only to realize they messed up, there was nobody there to pickup. And they claim there was a puncture, but when I asked the driver he wasn’t aware of anything like that. Stay away from this hotel, terrible management

Absolutely our favorite hotel in Tulum. We know Tulum well, have been 9 times. Be Tulum is soooo our favorite. Just perfection. Favorite restaurant by far is Arca. Incredible quality food. Hartwood is still good. So is Casa Banana (for steak).

Our stay at Be Tulum was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed and taken care of. The atmosphere is serene, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed, making it the perfect place to unwind. We originally planned to explore different spots around Tulum, but the experience at the hotel was so enjoyable that we ended up spending most of our time there. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented and the service was top-tier. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Be Tulum offers a perfect balance of relaxation and attentive hospitality. We’re so glad we chose to fully enjoy the hotel experience, it truly felt like a sanctuary.

On the main strip in Tulum however pretty far down so expect to shell out for taxis. They drag the beach for the seaweed multiple times a day which was nice. Across all of the area we had moments with servers forgetting items we ordered etc. we borrowed bikes and the first few had issues like flat tires before we got a pair to use. The beauty of the area and the jungle vibes were enjoyable. You can use nomades restaurant / beach
