separate hous in closed community - very safe. Own cenote to swim. Fresh towels every day.
It was difficult to get check in instructions, but managed after few inquiries. No hot water in the kitchen, but ok.
Having a cenote almost for ourself and included in the rental is amazing, it's also really pretty and quiet. The guardian is here 24/7 and was very nice, he tried to help us with disfonctionning lights in the pool. That's the part that was a bit disappointing, the equipments weren't of great quality and we only had cold water in the shower. But in general it's a really good place to stay if you have a car.
This was such a unique and fun place to stay for a few days! The private cenote on the property was amazing and fun to swim in. I would recommend that you take caution if you have small children because the layout of the house would be challenging with little ones (every room is separate and accessible by a bridge over a moat). We had our 8 year old with us and he loved it. There are different units in the complex that have different set ups but that was the layout of ours. Also the kitchen has pretty much nothing so make sure you buy everything including coffee, filters, cooking spray and water. If you donât have your own transportation then you will need to cook all your meals since there are no restaurants within walking distance.
I would say this place is best for a few night stay and not longer. My husband joked that it was built for Instagram, not long term living. Itâs in my absolute top five unique and amazing places to stay from all of my travels.
The property itself is realy cool and unique, the cenote is awsome but to get there you have to drive off the path a bit maybe 10 to 15 min. On a dirt road with absolutely no light at night, communication was awsome and staff very helful, its secure but dont feel as secluded as i anticipared due to the other property being directly next to our loft, and you can pretty much see everything we are doing due to the glass walls, make sure you have mosquito repellent because you will definitely need it
Really amazing stay with private cenote in the jungle. Only thing is its far from everything so you will need to pay for taxi even to go buy water. Better rent a car.
Absolutely gorgeous magical property, peaceful, quiet, crystal clear blue cenote w bats, the home was fully equipped (blender coffee pot, fridge) bring your own foods. The most magical little pup is around d please feed him he will look out for you. Enjoy this jungle paradise stay
Vi boede her i to nĂŠtter.
This property is really nice. Itâs about a 15 minute drive from all of the best Tulum has to offer. The team here did a great job accommodating to us. Would recommend. I also recommend you rent a vehicle if youâre staying at this location, since everything is a drive. The cenote is gorgeous
The property managers did not provide any information on any of the requirements such as possession of the keys when occupant was off property but there was always some security or person there to open the exterior doors just to get inside the property. Other than that very uncooperating manager and was more Cuban style of property management such as limiting privacy and possession of entrance key.
