You’re just steps from the beach and pools and only a short drive from Puerto Rico’s adventures, sports activities, sights, and nightlife. Owner requires a signed occupancy agreement. This ground entry villa sleeps up to 8 guests.

The Space:
“Iris” means “Rainbow” in Greek and there’s a pot of gold at the end of THIS rainbow – called “Villa Iris” – A vacation home located in the heart of Lakeside Villas' peaceful and secure gated community, near the world-renowned vacation destination of Dorado, in the town of Vega Alta. Surrounded by tropical gardens, lakes, and water fountains, “Villa Iris” offers ocean views from its ground-floor patio and second-floor balcony and yes, you’re just steps away from an amazing, white-sand beach! You’re equally close to Lakeside’s pools and just a short drive will take you to Puerto Rico’s adventures, sports activities, sights, and nightlife. This ground-entry, two-story Villa offers:

The Neighborhood:
Dorado is a premier resort town located just 18 miles from San Juan. This community is adjacent to Dorado, specifically located in the town of Vega Alta. It offers the best of all worlds — a serene, quiet, family-friendly gated community on the beach, just minutes away from the vibrant nightlife and superb restaurants of Dorado.

Getting Around:
We recommend a car- but Uber is available as well.

We can help refer you to local transportation, rentals, drivers and tour guides.

Other Things to Note:
Puerto Rico is an amazingly friendly Island and folks are laid back and on ISLAND TIME.

Guest and Owner will sign an occupancy agreement detailing the terms of the stay. Guest may request a copy of this agreement at any time as it is specific to each Villa rental.

If a guest is bringing a pet we need to know in advance as there may be registration paperwork involved and a pet fee.

This villa has a specific allowance for electricity usage which covers normal use per day. If guests run all zones of AC 24/7, it has happened that guests may exceed the allowance and there is a surcharge for over usage based on actual bills or meter readings upon entry and exit. Excess electricity usage may be deducted from the Security deposit that is on hold with Airbnb. To avoid that please be mindful and turn off the AC units when you are not in the room. Guests are responsible for ALL utilities for stays of a month or more.

If guests stay for longer than two weeks a mid-stay cleaning will be charged $195.

Interaction with Guests:
I love to host our guests and developed some nice friendships as a result- however I leave it up to the guests if they want to reach out and use us a resources for local tips and activity/ dining suggestions.

We are available 24/7 on call for any requests.
