At check-in, we experienced an issue with our room, but Daisy at the front desk and the manager, Jose, handled it promptly and made sure we were completely taken care of. The grounds are beautiful and very kid-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable."

The best service.The grounds were well kept and we always felt safe at any time of day. The location to Conando Beach was ideal and you will not believe this but you can walk to Old San Juan in 30 minutes. We had a great experience and we are planning a return"
