Solo birthday trip! Property was is better than expected. The staff here is great! They waved my early check in fee because it was my birthday. The room is huge and the jacuzzi is perfect! Looking online the property was way better than expected will definitely book again! They have cameras all over the property even on the street so you are safe! I only stayed a day but regretted not booking for my entire trip. Restaurant on the corner is really good for brunch!

It was a really cute building and comfortable bed. the unit was very nice decorated and it helps if you need the divided space. I wish It would have been more accessible walking to places. overall it was great.

The property owners communication was fantastic and very welcoming. We had the two bdrm suite and it was very nice. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean, sofa folds out to entire bed. I would stay here again.

Urban Boutique Oasis

The junior suite was very spacious & comfortable. The floors just felt a bit grainy. Not sure if it was just texture or just needed sweeping. The bed is lower profile to ground & may be difficult for some. Lastly, locale is on a busier street, so checking in and dropping off luggage is a little of a challenge if you rent a car. But there is an outdoor & free parking lot that is 1/2 block away. Despite the busy street, there is not any road noise from within the suite.

We stayed for Las Sanse and it was a great location to get to the shuttles down the road that took you all the way to Viejo San Juan. The hotel itself was so gorgeous and staff was so friendly. Check-in was great and having parking nearby was super helpful. Highly recommend!

The hotel in a very noisy street, not for people who are sensitive to noise. Room is clean and spacious. The area doesn't look safe, but we walked in the morning to get food, we felt safe.

Room had musty bad smell that never went away, even when AC was turned on. It lingered throughout the stay. Location of hotel was not the best, but we stayed only 1 night. Restaurant down the street was good, we ate there twice. It was an ok room for one night, but the price was a bit high for what it was in my opinion.

The area is very small especially in the bedrooms. The shower had no hot water. Parking was not next to the building. Nothing near you to get some food. Must have a car. But the staff was excellent. Very quiet so you can sleep and a 4 person max jacuzzi.

The location was off the main road but there was not drop off and parking was around the corner. The room was clean and ready when I arrived however there were lots of little inconvinences. Coffee maker didn't work, wi-fi was poor, cell service was poor since I was in the basement, no streaming services provided, sheets were polyester, room was really humid. For the rate they are charging I exptected better.
