The location was great; a nice neighborhood and quiet.The kitchen was fully equipped and ready for cooking. I had to clean out the garbage containers under the kitchen sink and in the bathroom as well as the stand that held the toilet bowl scrub and plunger.But the rest of the place was decent in terms of cleanliness.The t-towels in the kitchen were useless as they did not absorb water. I bought dish cloths for cleaning up and then took them with me.The bedding linens and towels could definitely be improved upon; I wish I had brought my own.

I booked this for 5 nights, the first night I could not find any plates. Realized the second night that they were all in the dishwasher still from the last guest. There was only one washcloth. No dish towels. The carbon monoxide alarm went off on my last night at midnight and I had to go out and sleep in my truck, Now the host won't reply to my messages. The place was dirty. Do NOT recommend.

The check in prossess was easy. When we arrived at the property at first glance everything looked good. But after getting settled we noticed half the kitchen hadnt been cleaned, the microwave was dirty inside as well as out, counters dirty, cupboard doors had food on them. The floors looked like someone mopped them but didnt sweep/vacuum first. There was only half a roll of toilet paper, however when asked we were able to get more from the host. Dusting hadnt been done in weeks (ledges/window sills and baseboards were coated in dust and hair).The linens seemed fine but there were no kitchen towels or clothes so we had to use bathroom ones. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you could need and for the most part things had been cleaned. Lots of room for groceries. Having a washer and dryer was great! The shower had products which was amazing but there was no hair dryer.Overall not the worst stay, we were able to do what we needed to but it is the dirtiest VRBO we've ever stayed in.The host made mention about a cleaner so maybe it's time for a new one?

The floors were dirty and alot of dust on the baseboards and in the corners in all the rooms. Felt unclean everywhere. The beds were old and the mattresses were very creaky. The ceiling fan had a layer of dust on it. The bathroom towels were old and not accommodation quality. The couches were dirty and the comforter on the bed had dog hair on it. Low quality bedding. The parking spot was so far from the unit and made it hard to pack your luggage and belongings through dirt, rocks and debris to the back yard where the accommodation was situated. Arriving in the dark no lights were on. The yard was a mess! I would not stay there again. Very disappointed for the price I paid.

Nice building with a good kitchen and comfy couches. The beds were the worst beds I have ever slept on. They are extremely uncomfortable and so creaky it wakes you up if you turn over in the night. The wifi was extremely slow, we watched the TV buffer more than we watched our show. All of the soap was watered down and the inside of the washer was moldy.
