During our staying at this hotel, after an exhausting day since we missed out flight I have a reservation at this hotel because we they rebook our flight the next day during our checking on 27dec2025 night, that person who work at frond desk was asking me about a credit card which I do have Apple Pay so then I try to tell him that I already payed and keep saying gave me your cRd or I can not check, he didn't not explain that they need that card on file but he screamed on my face, never ever had that experience on my live and end up my has and gave him his card but next time hire a nice people when it come to customers service, not who screaming on customer faces, never come back to that hotel

I am writing to formally report extremely unsanitary conditions in my room, including a serious bed bug infestation. The room is visibly dirty and poorly maintained, and I have suffered multiple bed bug bites all over my body, including my face. This situation is unacceptable and has caused significant physical discomfort and distress. What is equally concerning is the lack of response and care from the staff. When I raised this issue, the staff were inattentive and dismissive, showing little concern for my health or the severity of the situation. I am requesting immediate action to address this issue, including proper cleaning, pest control. I had to change my room at 2am and due to the hostile behavior of the staff, I am now changing the location of the hotel. Please let me know as soon as possible what steps will be taken to resolve this matter. I expect this issue to be treated with the urgency and seriousness it warrants.

4 nights of absolute misery. Avoid this hotel at all costs. From the moment you walk in, something feels off. The reception desk is behind bullet-proof glass, like a bank teller window, which should have been our first warning. The first night, our room was infested with cockroaches. We were moved to another room, which was slightly better, but still dirty and clearly neglected. The entire property is rundown, poorly maintained, and unhygienic. On the second morning, around 7 a.m., a violent fight broke out outside our room. A man was screaming threats like, “You fed up my jaw, I’m going to k* you.”* I repeatedly called the front desk and no one answered. On the third morning, an emergency siren went off. When we rushed to the lobby, the receptionist laughed and told us it was a false alarm. The staff experience was just as bad. Most of the front desk employees seemed extremely young, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in basic hospitality. The attitude was dismissive and disrespectful. I asked three separate times for an extra pillow. Each time I got a different excuse: they didn’t have the key, they didn’t have pillows at the moment, and to come back later. On the third attempt, they finally said they don’t provide extra pillows at all. When I asked why they wasted my time instead of saying that from the beginning, the employee laughed. This was not just a bad stay. It felt unsafe, chaotic, and poorly managed from start to finish.

I checked in late and the lobby and my hallway recked of pot smoke , disgusting . The morning I woke up and they had an air cleaner on lobby and the hallway still stink bad . It’s a shame one guy killed for me
