We had the pleasure of staying at the hotel during our first visit to London, Ontario, and we can confidently say that Leslie B. at the front desk delivered a level of service that truly stands out. We’ve stayed at many different hotel chains over the years, but this experience has been, by far, a 5-star example of customer service.
Despite a chaotic and busy check-in process, Leslie remained calm, composed, and extremely helpful — handling everything with professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine desire to assist. Her knowledge, attentiveness, and warm demeanor went above and beyond what we expected, and made our entire family feel welcomed and cared for.
Thanks to Leslie, what could have been a stressful start turned into a smooth and memorable stay. Her efforts made our first time in London, Ontario feel like a true home away from home.
