This neighborhood boasts walking trails, playgrounds and access to the beach of the James River, which can be seen from the deck. First floor living with a well-stocked, full kitchen, dishwasher, laundry, guest wifi and smart TVs give you all the comforts of home. High-quality linens await you, with extra blankets and pillows for your comfort.

Minutes from the property you'll find Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, Colonial Williamsburg, Harris Teeter, several local and chain restaurants, many public golf courses and much more.

We loved the property. It was clean and plenty large enough for us. We did find that the shower pressure was very strong and the bathroom sink was very low in pressure.Also, the kitchen faucet was difficult to turn on and off, as the handle seemed to stick.One thing we were surprised with was no soap in the shower and no shampoo. We needed to run out to the store before using the shower.Anyway, if those issues were fixed, all would've been great!Thanks!

Lovely Stay in Williamsburg

We had a wonderful time exploring Williamsburg and the surrounding areas. Our hosts were very kind to provide a lot of information about their home prior to our arrival and also had an abundance of information about the surrounding area once we arrived. Great place to stay at a beautiful location

Overall very nice and spacious accommodations in beautiful Kings Mill. Only complaint is the bed was hard, with a plastic cover over the mattress. There were cheap polyester sheets that made sleeping very hot ! Great communication with property managerUpdate the bedding situation and we’d stay again
