I checked into The Hampton Winnipeg Airport Hotel and upon speaking with the staff, they offered a shuttle to a restaurant close by where I was meeting a friend. That was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated.

We had a suite and it was good, however the switch in the couch position vis a vie the television view (which is now oriented towards the bed) meant there was no opportunity to sit and watch television outside of the bed. The breakfast was good, but hot options (cheese omelets, turkey sausage and hashbrowns) were not fully stocked one hour prior to the end of breakfast. It's a small thing, but still a thing.
