Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta - All-inclusive
"This was my very first trip to puerto vallarta and honestly staying at Hyatt Ziva made me understand why you would go to Mexico twice a year. Sometimes, the ocean conditions were not that good for swimming so we mostly swam at the hotel and it was amazing! The pools were clean during my entire stay. You also have the ocean view in front of you and it feels like you're getting in the beach experience but at a leisurely place especially for a non-swimmer. Staff were also amazing— from the concierge that was always recommending places, assisting me when i was sick and even recommended to be assessed by the hospital doctor liasion, to ordering us a cab whenever we needed. Food was also spectacular. All of the restaurants are A1, the servers were efficient and observant. Honestly, the hotel made me feel so well taken care of that I actually feel relaxed. Hyatt Ziva is basically a newfound place of solace for me and I can confidently say that they have truly represented the essence of Mexico. They were the magical fairies that took care of everything. There’s not a place that I can recommend more than Hyatt Ziva."
