"Beautiful resort with a plenty to do. Staff was great, everything was clean and well maintained. The beach is awesome with plenty of chairs in the shade. While there are tons of food options, it seems it's the same options each night. Also wished room service was available for everyone and not only Elite members."

"Every member of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had excellent service at every restaurant and bar. The rooms were so clean every day, and the landscaping was beautiful. My kids loved all the activities (beach volleyball, water polo, ping pong, guessing games, trivia, etc) and my husband and I loved all of the option for pools. There was everything from party vibes to quiet, relaxing areas. We had a great stay."

"The hotel has incredible facilities, spacious rooms that are always very clean, and a spectacular pool and beach area that are beautifully maintained. All the restaurants were excellent, with great food and attentive service. The spa is beautiful, although the customer service there could be improved. A few points worth mentioning are the lack of elevators for guests with disabilities, the absence of beer in the in-room minibar, and an unpleasant urine-like smell around the pool towards the end of the day. The reservation system, particularly at the spa, also needs improvement. Guests who arrive with confirmed reservations should be welcomed and assisted promptly, rather than having staff request additional information or send them to reception for paperwork without first checking the system or making a quick phone call. Despite these minor issues, I absolutely loved my stay. The hotel is beautiful, and the overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely return and recommend it to my friends. It was a wonderful vacation, and I look forward to visiting again!"
