"I absolutely loved my stay and especially the staff. They were friendly, polite and professional. They were also very welcoming and made me feel happy about choosing Truss for my stay. I wish they had included water or access to ice for rhe in-room refrigerators. Guests like me need to keep medication cold and also prefer to drink cold beverages. I wish there had been vending machines with snacks, candy and drinks and an ice machine. My bed was comfortable and I rested very well during my stay. I noticed my refrigerator door wouldn’t stay shut and had difficulty keeping my insulin cold. But maintenance came the next morning and replaced it. All the staff were pleasant and accommodating. I have already decided when I return, I will choose to stay at Truss again. A+"
