My wife and I stayed in room no. 2004, and it was a lovely experience. The hotel is located in the heart of the city — very close and convenient for reaching the station and other important places. The room was spotless, and the housekeeper who maintained it was extremely polite and hardworking. I had left some change but forgot to leave a proper tip online for the housekeeper — I truly wish I hadn’t forgotten.

The lock on the door (1103) is not securely attached to the door; needs to be tightened up. The toilet is exceptionally hard to flush, but maybe that's by design. All in all, a good room at a reasonable price.
