The staff are friendly and very helpful. Everyone I encountered was excellent. The room was clean with good facilities. The stair well walls looked like they were in the midst of being redecorated and at the ripped and half stripped stage, but the room was lovely.

Room was fantastic. Better than expected. Nice and big. Staff were friendly. And price was good. Only couple things. Our room wasn’t cleaner and I thought the food was quite expensive since. Will be back though.

A fantastic weekend celebrating a 30th birthday with the family. All staff so helpful, nothing was a problem from the minute we walked through the doors at reception to enjoying time in the bar restaurant and leisure facilities all staff made us very welcome.

The bathroom needed updating ..the bath tap was awful. We did not know about having to go to the other hotel for breakfast. No decaf tea or coffee readily available in the breakfast. Beds were a bit small.
