"The hotel is on the right track, but improvements can be made, from minor to significant. Good is free bikes, free towels for the beach. Rooms are good. Gym lacks wipes to sanitize after. It's about $50 each way via cab to the beach area, which isn't their fault, but calculate whether you think it's worth it to be closer. Good staff, professional. Food is OK. Clean drinking water requires making requests to the desk each time. Parking is free and good. It's a beautifully designed atrium. For the price, it's really good. Area is safe as well. "

From arrival…to check in…to being upgraded at no cost…to having your own concierge that makes sure you’re okay and keeps you up to date with the daily activities…to the rooms….to the restaurants/food options…the spa…the beach club…ALL OF IT! Top tier!!! I was sad to return back to reality after having such a great NYE vacation. I would stay here again if I ever come back to Tulum!
