The downside was the numbers on the elevators were confusing and made it difficult to get around, the beach club is not on site so we didn’t get to go but we plan to go back"

"One of the best hotels ever. If you want peace and quiet- good food, beautiful grounds, safety, and the most outstanding staff ever- you will love Copal. Ivy, Johnny, and Victor at the front desk were nothing short of amazing and friendly. The hostess/waitress Paola, was super helpful. She found us a driver that was half the price of the others. I cannot tell you how much I loved this hotel. You must go experience it for yourself. We are returning with our family!! "

"We came as a group and had a really nice stay. Everything was clean and nice environment. It’s very cheap and safe. The staff were very kind and friendly, even the people that stayed there. I would 100% book here again for a trip back to tulum. The view waking up to the pool was wonderful. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!! I have never left a review but this place was really nice "
