"The clean and fast check in, so welcoming. The walk to the room was beautiful. The rooftop ,garden view with private pool was spectacular. The aroma of the entire suite was matching the vibe just beautiful. Very spacious,clean, well thought out suite."

"Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Room was lovely and we slept very well. Gorgeous ambiance. We especially loved the breakfast and watching the sunrise with complimentary coffee. An added perk was the ability to use the cabanas at Mi Amor. Would definitely stay at Mezzanine again! Concierge was great and taxis were very easy. When we come again, we will be sure to make a stop at super aki on the way in to pack additional drinks and snacks because access to convenience stores is limited as the hotel is in the national park. "This was the most fun and unique hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The beds are really comfortable, the staff is so kind and helpful, and the location is soo gorgeous. I was a bit curious about how going outside in a private courtyard to the bathroom would work, but it was totally fine. Do remember to use bug spray."
