I reserved a 1 king bedroom for 2 nights and when I got there my room wasn’t ready so I got put in a twin bedroom instead only for that room to have stains on the bed. I went to the front desk to ask someone about it around 730 and the front attendant wasn’t there for the 20 mins that I stood to wait and when I went back to my room I called down 3 different times to no answer. Don’t go here it’s trash tbh

Not a typical Hampton Inn, just upgraded version of a motel. No one at the counter anytime, I had to wait over 6 minutes before little 4 girl came out a side room. It took another 2 min for a woman come out and ask what do I need, really! Breakfast was terrible, front desk guy was doing all the work, most of breakfast items seems stale or not fresh. I paid over $165 for a night and this is disappointing. Hilton should not sell franchise to anyone.

This hotel is definitely overrated for the stars/reviews it has. From the beginning until the end nothing really went right, definitely one of the worst hotel experiences i’ve had. It was semi updated but not kept clean whatsoever. First room we were given had something red on the top sheet, was also on the comforter. Second room was alright, only had one towel. Didn’t realize until after we needed another. Body wash container was empty, and toilet plugged up then overfilled with barely anything in it. Breakfast was fine. People were complaining about the pool being freezing when i got there, said it was supposed to be heated (not sure how true this is.) Would probably pick another hotel next time

This is a newer property so it's not run down, it's just not clean. Moldy shower and shower curtains, bathroom floor not cleaned thoroughly (hair on the floor), room not vacuumed in some time. Peloton in workout room seemed to be newish but missing a pedal. Overall stay was adequate, we were only there a matter of hours thankfully but we were surprised how dirty it was.

Worst stay ever.

It was the worst stay I think I have ever had. It took twenty minutes to check in, geanted the attendant at the front desk did say one of the housekeepers was hit by a car, so she was cleaning rooms on the first floor. On our last night, December 30th. We were in the lobby, watching the 49ers/Lions game and the attendant came over and made a bed on the couch and turned the lights off and turned the TV to what she wanted to watch. Our room was dirty and smelled bad. This was way over priced for $150 a night.

The room was dirty as well as the carpets and areas throughout the hotel. The staff was ok but there was no one at the desk during our stay with the exception of check in. The area around the hotel was unkept. Overall a very disappointing Hilton hotel.

Room faced the highway and was really noisy. Staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Overall a decent place to stay for an overnight trip. Extended stays, I would suggest going elsewhere
