PLEASE PLEASE Do NOT stay here. The BUGS, our room had two different species of bugs, VERY DIRTY. It is not safe at night due to no lights in parking lot, no lights in room halls, room keys don't work and help has to be called in because the staff is untrained. Some wall outlets did not work. A horrible brown mess around toilet. Don't look up. Something is falling from the door frames. During shower the water did not drain from bathtub leaving us standing in water. During breakfast the coffee pots were empty, the milk was sour, there were no napkins and staff struggled to assist. The staff begged us to give a good review.

The woman that checked us in was great and helped us when we asked to switch rooms because our first room wreaked of smoke. We switched to another room which was much better but when I went to take a shower in the morning, it was broken, so I had to only wash my hair under the faucet.

When we walked in there was coffee all over the counter, the place reeked like smoke. When we got to the room, th keycards did not work. I went back to front desk and she came to room acting like I was stupid and couldn’t figure it out. She saw real quick how the cards dint work. Once I opened the door, we immediately noticed one was was not made and it was soiled. The front desk agent was still wit us at this time and she witnessed it as well. With no explanation or apology. She tried to get us to accept another room. Absolutely not!!! The hotel will not issue me a full refund. Which is absolutely ridiculous. Completely unacceptable.

The housekeeping staff as well as desk staff are all wonderful hard working people. Very friendly. The rooms are a bit worn but the beds and pillows are amazingly comfortable. The tv is big and nice. The WIFI leaves much to be desired as I have been working remotely for too long now and the WIFI is spotty.
