Water maintenance was going on during the main hours of the day and was unable to wake up and shower I also purchased a tooth brush from the lobby vending machines and when I went to use the brush all the Brussels dissolved off the stick There is no one way water system in room 423 when I was showering the water would run up the floor and be will be draining for 2 minutes after the shower

Staff were very helpful and courteous. We changed room initially since the first had a slope mid-room that could have been problematic given our age. Rooms were clean and well managed. Breakfast was good with plentiful supply of both hot and cold selections.

The hotel is situated in a great central position and only a 15 min walk to the train station. The room was clean, bed comfy, shower hot and strong. Breakfast was also very good and the staff were accommodating.

The room was clean and spotless, but dark. This hotel finds 25 W bulbs sufficient, so it was not possible to read in my room. Even the lobby (very large but in need of a major decorative makeover) was a little dim at night. There is no restaurant but there is a breakfast room with a very nice breakfast spread. There are nice restaurants in the neighborhood and the staff happily pointed me in the direction of some hard to find but excellent ones. The staff always bent over backward to help and made my stay very pleasant. The neighborhood is central and much is in walking distance or only a short streetcar ride away. Affordable and convenient.

I'm absolutely satisfied with the value I got staying at RHO Hotels. Right off the bat, the location is fantastic, and I was greeted with a genuinely warm welcome that set the tone for the whole visit. Service stayed solid throughout my stay. The hotel itself is modest, nothing flashy, but it's clean and well maintained. My room was plenty spacious and inviting. Sure, the materials and finishes lean toward the plain and standard side of things, but comfort wasn't compromised at all. The bathroom was also roomy and clean, which matters more than fancy fixtures in my book. The building has two levels above the lobby with an elevator that's a bit slow. Depending on your schedule and when you're coming and going, it can get a little busy, but nothing that became a real problem. Breakfast was a highlight. Really good spread with tons of baked goods and some unique regional items that gave it local flavor. Buffet style with plenty of everything. You can't go wrong adding this to your stay. One small note, since I was traveling solo this didn't really impact me, but I would have liked to see more towels provided (and maybe better quality ones too). Just something to keep in mind if you're staying with someone else. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. The location is the star of the show, and everything else was good enough quality to keep me happy for the duration. I stayed three nights and left satisfied.
