Room 215!!! The minute we opened the door there was an overwhelming bleach smell. We figured if we leave the door open it would air out, which it did. What we didn’t know was that the bleach actually masked a toxic fume smell that came from the bathroom. There was a night light in the bathroom so we close the door when we go sleep. I always wake up in middle of the night to go bathroom. The first night when I opened the bathroom door I noticed the toxic fumes, very chemical toxic smell and it wasn’t bleach. Wasn’t sure what or where it came from. I thought it just needed to air out so I opened the bathroom window. It didn’t go away. Day 2 woke up again at night and the smell was still there. I couldn’t breathe it was so toxic I had to hold my breath. I wanted to leave but we only had one more night and I didn’t want to pack and unpack again just for one night. Everyday we had to leave both the bathroom door and the room door to air out in order for the smell to go away. HORRIBLE!!! I should report this to the health department. They should not be allowed to rent it out till they find and fix the smell. It was. Health hazard!!

Friendly staff, clean room was at Disney from 7:15 am to 11 pm and 7 am to midnight, so we literally only slept here; location is easy to Downtown Disney and both parks, as well as Dennys, Westin restaurants and CVS, did not have a car (uber from airport) but parking seemed sufficient.

Super convenient if you plan on staying near Disney. It’s about 15 mins walking distance from the downtown Disney park entrance. The room was decent for the price we paid and parking was free. Only reason I give it a 4/5 is because the room felt really humid even with the AC on. Staff at front desk were friendly and quick.

We enjoyed our stay. It was our first time staying at the Alamo. It is a hidden gem. Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. The only complaint is the rolling of the carts. We stayed on the first floor and the carts rolling on the second floor were loud but staff has to get their stuff done. I just wanted to sleep a little longer. Lol
