Getaway Vacay

Very nice, quaint, comfy, the perfect getaway me and the hubby were looking for to spend some quality time relaxing and chilling with our pups! One of the days there it poured rained and thunder stormed all day long and it was so amazing to just sit inside relaxing, listening to the sounds of nature and enjoying time together on the sun porch! Definitely just what we needed!

Needs a deep cleaning


I would have given 5 if it wasn’t for the reason that , the property needs an update, everything in the kitchen was greasy, we had to use paper towel to wash the dishes, bc the sponge was gross to use. Soon as we got in the house smelled cigarettes. We brought some meat to barbecue, but we changed our mind, the grill was very dirty and it wasn’t appealing to sit outside. The host is very nice, but unfortunately we wouldn’t go back.

Awesome rental property

We really enjoyed our stay and accommodations at Swan Lake, and the property manager, Joy, was awesome. The fresh flowers in the sunroom were a nice touch and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. all the comforts of home. The location is quiet and relaxing and yet has all the amenities to stay connected. It is very close to Historic Smithville, Atlantic City and Brigantine beach.

nice get away

the place is great, bed very comfy. they have a lake you can fish, kayka, paddle boat. the location is a small park very peaceful can ride bikes. and the location is in the middle of all oceans 10 mins. but away where it's nice and quite to relax at night. Joy is very nice and welcoming. She fill's you in on everything then is a call away if need anything. will vacation there again .

Such a fantastic stay

Me and not friends enjoyed our stay here so much. The owner made sure that we had everything we needed and the house was amazing. I would definitely recommend this house to others and I would definitely stay here again.
