Welcome to your perfect beach escape! This brand-new 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage is just 2.5 blocks from the sand and sea—close enough for daily beach walks, yet tucked away on a quiet street for restful nights. Whether you’re planning a relaxing romantic getaway, a fun girls’ weekend, or a cozy family retreat, this thoughtfully designed space has everything you need to unwind and recharge.



The cottage comfortably sleeps 4, with two bedrooms and a pullout couch that can accommodate an additional guest. We provide all bed linens and plush towels, so there’s no need to pack extra.



Start your mornings on the charming front porch with a hot cup of Keurig coffee (hot or iced—your choice), and wind down in the evening with cocktails in hand, listening to the ocean breeze. Inside, you’ll find a warm, inviting interior with comfy beds, a modern rain shower, a heated toilet seat (yes, really!), and a cozy fireplace for cool beach nights.



The fully stocked kitchen is a dream—equipped with a microwave/oven combo, crockpot, air fryer, toaster, and an ice maker to keep your beach drinks chilled. Family meals and girls-night dinners are a breeze here.

Wonderfully clean and comfortable especially the beds that had added padding. The living space was as pictured it was small but that is all we needed. Loved the 2 seater porch. We were very happy with our stay. Key pad entry made it easy.

Nicole was a great host and the cottage was beautiful. The cottage was warm and inviting and had everything you would need for a short stay at the shore. We were close to everything OC has to offer, but also had our privacy once back at the cottage. Every detail, down to the plush, delicately scented towels was well thought out.
