Family-friendly/Fenced-in Yard/2 Short Blocks to the Beach/Pets OK/Golf

Our family-friendly home is only 2 short blocks from a quiet life-guarded beach on the north end of the island. It's fully-furnished to sleep 12 people and can accommodate up to 2 dogs.

There is a large playground with a jungle gym, basketball hoops & soccer field across the street from our home, so it's a lot easier to keep the kids occupied & supervised from the comfort of our front porch (with a beverage in hand, of course!).

The Brigantine Links 18-hole golf course is less than a 5-minute drive from our home.

The 1st floor bathroom has a wide entry with a walk-in shower complete with safety bars.

A Farmers Market with fresh vegetables, fish and local vendors takes place from Memorial Day to Labor Day every Saturday across the street at the elementary school.

- Back yard with porch with awning, large fenced-in yard, 16' x 32' paved patio, propane grill, 2 patio tables w/chairs, shed, outdoor shower & 3-car driveway
- Shed out back has beach supplies (chairs, caddy, some sand castle toys) along with grill supplies (lighter fluid, charcoal chimney starter & an electric lighter)

PET FRIENDLY
Your well-behaved pets (up to 2) are permitted to vacation here with you & enjoy the fenced-in yard. There is an extra fee for this privilege ($150 per week). We have a large fenced-in backyard allowing your dog plenty of room to run and play and be happy. Brigantine also has a new dog park off 38th St.

We absolutely loved our stay in this home. It was incredible clean, comfortable and just perfect for our family. So thankful we didn’t need to bring a lot, because the owners provided so much. The yard was enjoyed by all of us as well as the play area across the street. One of the most important perks; not only was the beach close, it wasn’t crowded; even in mid July. It’s quiet in North Brigantine and we love it. Hopefully the brothers allow us to stay again.

Check-in was easy, with clear instructions from the host. The location was great—just a short, pleasant walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the spacious backyard, which was perfect for our dog. The outdoor dining table comfortably fit our whole family and made for some really nice meals outside.The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the living room was comfortable. However, we did notice mold on the kitchen faucet and backsplash, which was concerning. The bathroom also had a strong urine smell on arrival, and the futon was not suitable for adults to sleep on.With a deep cleaning and a few updates, this home could be a much more enjoyable rental.

Family Thanksgiving

Our family enjoyed our Thanksgiving in Brigantine. The house is spacious and had everything we needed. While we were there offseason I think this would be a great place for the summer - lots of outdoor space. The hosts responded very quickly and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend.

This house and property worked great for our young kids and 2 dogs. The backyard is completely femced in and has an outdoor shower. The playroom has plenty of books and kids activities to keep them entertained.

Perfect family house

This is the one bookings I have had where the pictures actually undersold the property. It is a small Cape cod style house but makes really excellent use of space. Mattresses were extremely comfortable. The extra touches of not only a well stocked kitchen but extra pillows and blankets, extra table/floor fans in every room, tons of outdoor and beach stuff, new w&d and very accessible for someone who has trouble with steps or handicap. It is a 5-minute walk to beach . Outdoor space was large with a big patio table that seats about 12 with a grill (gas and propane)and a smaller table up on the deck plus a yard that is fenced in great for kids or pets and a small private deck off the upstairs master. Very clean and very well kept and owner was quick to respond and easy to work with-recommend!

Lovely home in Brigantine

We enjoyed week long stay at William and Douglas’ place in Brigantine. Truly loved that their home had everything we needed. Games, kitchen items, outdoor furniture, beach umbrella and chairs, grill and a large backyard for the dogs. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood right across the street from a school playground which was perfect for our 3 year old niece. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Home was clean and comfortable. We will be booking this home again in the future.

The house was just perfect for our group! It was clean, perfectly appointed, and very comfortable. The location was amazing. We could watch the kids play at the playground across the street from the front porch and the short walk to the beach was lovely. Lovely vacation with old friends

We had a lovely stay. We had some glitches along the way with the AC...but Bill and Douglas were attentive to getting it fixed. We indicated a few other things that need attending to but I have no doubt they will attend to them as they want your visit to be a good one.

Brigantine living!

We loved it -- very relaxing home with a great yard -- hosts were very accommodating; everything is well-described and ready to go. Every base is covered, and it's a pleasant walk to the beach, which in itself is great. Highly recommend!
