Didn’t get to stay because we came down with Covid. Wouldn’t mind like losing a one night fee for canceling reservation but to lose the amount of the whole stay (over $227.00) is a ridiculous charge.

Room was freezing as no heat on when arrived and no hot water had to take a cold shower even though I let only the hot water run for 20 minutes otherwise the room was clean and satisfactory
