There was construction which began at 8am (drilling and hammering) just across the hallway. The ice machine did not work. And I have never seen a smaller double bed before. Two adults could not sleep on it...One had to use the recliner chair to sleep. When we asked for 2 more pillows we were told that they were not available, but they would check and then they brought one.

What I didn’t like is that you have to pay parking every day that your there.. and I get it , they have their signs outside regarding all the info for parking, but just remind your guest when checking in, especially if it’s late and they are exhausted and just want to get to bed

I woke up to the sound of “crinkling” and observed TWO MICE earring thru a bag of chips I had on the desk. I shared the information at checkout but it wasn’t received as badly as I expected. I worked for Starwood Hotels for over 30 years so I expected more of a response!! Very disappointed!!!

The place was lovely!! All of the staff were excellent and so friendly!!! The place was spotless !!!! We are definitely going back soon!!! The view so nice too!!! Again cannot say enough for the people that work there !!! Awesome ❤️

Hotel was decent. Decent location next to expressway, close to Marina Bay/Wollaston … But very disappointed with the lack of outside space. Website pictures table overlooking the water but those are for the restaurant only which doesn’t open until noon. Unless you’re at the hotel all day - and order from the restaurant - those chairs are not available. I never had the opportunity. Parking also overly complicated - staff eventually simplified by putting on bill. Bathrooms outdated, elevator slow, musty smell in rooms. The view is nice, breakfast appreciated, beds comfortable, but unfortunately the highlight of this hotel is the proximity to Boston. It needs to be updated.

Mattresses were in absolutely horrible, disgusting condition—massive stains, food crumbs, and yes, pubic hair. The front desk attendant was gracious about letting me try not just one, but two different rooms. However, those mattresses were just as bad.

This hotel is overpriced for the quality of the rooms and service provided. The rooms were filthy — the floors were clearly not cleaned properly. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. When I went to check out, I had to wait over 30 minutes with no staff in sight. Eventually, I walked around the property and discovered the front desk agent and manager casually chatting with a kitchen staff member, completely ignoring the guests waiting to check in or out. Extremely poor customer service and overall a very disappointing experience. I do not recommend staying here.
