The fire alarm kept on going on every few hours the whole night.

Tried to find a place to sleep over night near the airport after flight got cancelled. Ended up here. The first alarm went off at 3am. Fureftrucks showed up. They said they have false alarms every night here. The second alarm went iff at 6:20am. It takes 10-15 minutes for the firemen to turn it off…. What a mistake

Very Accommodating

Hotel was accommodating to our flight coming in to Boston. We arrived at the hotel at 4:00 am after doing a red-eye flight. We were able to get checked in and get some sleep before our concert started. They also allowed us a late check out time to accommodate our flight home.

The property was good for our Boston Calling stay. A little out of the way but a $20 Uber was better than another $100 per night closer to the city.

The showers are very narrow in the rooms and both sinks in the men's bathroom, in the lobby were not working at all, cut off!

The unique decor and price were the attractions for our stay. Only 1 elevator was in service and the parking was pretty limited the included sign to "Park at your own risk." This meant the hotel was not responsible for your vehicle if it was broken into or damaged. Make you wonder how secure your car was in their parking lot. The hotel was clean overall. Does need some maintenance in the rooms. Found a few areas of wallpaper needing repair and we were missing a light blub in one light. Could also have used more than 1 bar of soap in the room.

Staff was really nice and helpful! Easily accommodated to a woman needing to change her room location in front of us in line and kept the bar open late night while we relaxed in the lobby. Clean and very cute aesthetic. Extremely close to Encore
