The front desk staff was kind and professional. However I wouldn’t stay here again. The hotel has exceptionally thin walls and it sounded like the person above me was doing jumping jacks all night long.

The staff was young and awesome and the valet service was quick and seamless. You pull right out front and your car stays in the gated lot right behind the hotel which I liked in case we needed to get something or wanted it out fast. The hotel was quiet as a peep and spotless. It is close to the "T" which is super nice and very walkable eateries and stores. We loved our stay and I will for sure come back and see them again. Bed was comfy, shower was nice and they also offer nice coffee and water which is so nice to have. The gym was super cool too! Nice job to the young and sweet staff!

Room was very clean. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. My room was very quiet, with excellent view of Porter Square. The proximity of the hotel to the Porter Square Red Line Station was a huge plus since I decided to go car-less in this trip.

I stayed here because it was within a walking distance to Harvard law school. The room (quite small) was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet ( One of the previous reviews mentioned not having anywhere to hang the clothes, but there were hangers and iron in the room) The only problems I had were: (1) thin walls. I couldn’t sleep well because of the continuous thumping sounds from upstairs 2am-4am. (2) the room was not cleaned on the 2nd day but they did not mention it to me. I was running out of coffee / tea. If I had knownI would have brought back something when I returned to the room.
