Outstanding property! Beautiful room with lots of amenities in room. Very friendly and excellent customer service throughout stay by the front desk and valet personnel. Hard working chef/sever for breakfast- very good service and delicious food. Great location in Coolidge Corner. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Boston.

Hotel is nice, but service is atrocious. No one available to sit people at either dinner or breakfast. No one answered calls from the room no soap or hand wash in the bathroom. Staff seemed extremely inexperienced.
