For an overnight stay it was good. If I had to stay more than a night or two without A/C or a ceiling fan the stuffiness in the room would gotten to me. That's the only reason i gave 4s across the board otherwise ot would have been a 5.

We stayed here after dropping our daughter at BU for school. Location is great, nice breakfast spread, loved the access to the deck/fire escape. Hotel management was kind and lovely.

It’s great if you are heading in for a Red Sox game or dropping off your kids off at college or for a quick visit. The owners were pleasant and informative. My husband said it reminded him of being back in his college dorm.

Mike was extremely helpful. I was able to check in early. He assisted me with navigating Boston traffic and told me about the $3 shuttle to/from the airport. The facility was spotless, fresh linens, and ample toiletries. When I woke up, breakfast was ready by 7. Would recommend to anyone staying near Fenway or who wants to be close to the airport. The shuttle is less than a 10 minute walk away.

Sweet little guest house

Oasis Guest House is a lovely little stay right off Newbury - there are tons of restaurants bars and shops less then 10 minute walk away. It’s bare bones; very simple bathroom and small rooms with the expectation that guests are quiet. It’s like staying at someone’s house! But it immerses you in Boston, you can set off walking and find endless things to do! It’s not a very romantic hotel, but if you’re here for adventure or peace and quiet it’s awesome.

This is a great location. Hotel rated 2 star, but they provide amenities beyond a 2 star which was unexpected. Great price for Boston. They want satisfied customers, so read their website to understand if their guesthouse is right for you. It was perfect for us.

Parking garage was easy to get to and close by. Easy walk to Fenway, restaurants, etc. Good continental breakfast options. Friendly/helpful staff. Shower in the ensuite bathroom was small, but totally fine. Room temp was slightly warmer than what I like for sleeping (no temp controls in the room), but not uncomfortable.

This property is an older Brownstone that has been renovated and sectioned into individual rooms of various sizes. We had a twin with a private bath. Close quarters but very clean and quiet. Oasis is a 12 minutes walk from Fenway Park and we were there to see 2 games. Many restaurants and bars were within 5-20 minutes walking time. The neighborhood felt very safe.

I thought the cleaning staff started a bit too early. I understand the need to get ready for the next visit and appreciate the cleanliness that I arrived to. The breakfast was an ideal way to start the day.
