Great place to stay on a budget! Breakfast is lovely and there is a parking garage nearby msking parking affordable with Spothero. It is about a 20 minute walk to Northeastern and very close to Fenway. Rooms are quite small and a bit warm but overall I'd stay again. The staff is exceptional!

This is a very old guest house with no modern conveniences at all. No elevator, no bottled water or snacks. No air conditioner. Very disappointed and should have researched the property before booking. Our toilet wobbled when you sat on it. Musty smell to the carpets. How on Earth was this rated 9.4/10?

What a convenient place to stay! So close to so much. We walked everywhere we needed to go with the exception of back/forth from the airport. Clean, the bathroom products were lovely, the continental breakfast was fresh and perfect for us that don't eat big in the mornings, and the coffee was good too. Staff was kind and helpful, and we'll stay here again when in Boston.

Great location

Near Northeastern University. Quiet area. Close to T station and shopping. Well stay here again. Room was very clean and bed real comfortable. Good coffee, pastries and hard boiled eggs.
