Everything was wonderful as always. All personnel was courteous and friendly. My only issue is that they have started charging for parking every day. Since there is no other place to park, that is an insulting surcharge.

Unsafe feeling, phone in the room was meant not to work my entire stay and for one or two days I was understanding about it then it became a real security concern they could care less about. Engineers would douse themselves with liquid and come in hoping I would have a reaction to what they put on themselves so I was extremely harrassed.

Excellent place and great value - we usually stay at another hotel when in the Natick /Framingham area but decided to try here. It was fantastic. Facility feels brand new - nicely decorated, very fresh and very clean. Breakfast was excellent and convenient and staff were kind. I should also mention they allowed us to check in early without issue which was appreciated. Highly recommend!
